Wroclaw Copernicus Airport (WRO) services flights from Alicante, Barcelona Girona,Bologna, Bristol, Brussels Charleroi, Copenhagen, Cork, Doncaster Sheffield, Dortmund, Dublin, Duesseldorf, Duesseldorf Weeze, Eindhoven, Forli Bologna, Frakfurt Hahn, Frankfurt am Main, Glasgow, Liverpool, London Luton, London Stansted, Malaga, Milan Bergamo, Munich, Nottingham East Midlands, Oslo Torp, Paris Beauvais and Warsaw (WAW). For other destinations, Frankfurt am Main (FRA), Munich (MUC) or Warsaw (WAW) usually offer the largest range of connections.For details please refer to:

Polish Railways (PKP) (Please note that Wroclaw Glowny main railstation will be under reconstruction in 2010, so boarding trains will be possible from nearby Post Office buildings) Refer to the online timetable and route planner in order to search for connections . Hotels There are a number of hotels within walking distance of the conference venue. In particular, within about 1 km there are three hotels:

***Hotel Mercure Panorama (Plac Dominikanski 1) -- convenient tram and bus connections to the conference venue, railway station and old town
****Hotel Jana Pawla II (ul. Sw. Idziego 2) -- picturesque localization on Cathedral Island next to the Botanical Garden
***** Hotel Radisson SAS (ul. Purkyniego 10) -- located opposite Panarama Art Gallery and next to the National Museum

You can also search for other more distant hotels. In all cases, you have to make the actual reservation and payment on an individual basis. As July is the peak of the tourist season, please try to make the reservation as soon as possible.

Mercure Panorama Hotel will keep some rooms for MDMM 2010 participants until May 15-th at the fixed rate 335/390zł per person per day for single/double room. At the moment (January 2010), however, better deals can be found at www.en.rezerwuje.pl. Budget accomodation We have a number of budget options to choose from. In all cases reservations are made by the organizers. Due to a limited number of rooms, priority will be given to speakers and participants with paid registration fees. Payment has to be made together with the conference fee.
