MDMM 2010 Fees

Registration & conference fees The conference fee amount depends on when your payment is made. Please observe the following dates when making your payment.

Exchange rates as of March 7-th^th: 1EUR = 3.87 zł, 1USD = 2.84 zł (check latest). The conference fee includes admission to the conference, the book of abstracts, refreshments, and admission to the conference dinner. Accommodation costs and meals are not included.

If you will be staying in Student Guest House 'Olówek' o(eng. "Pencil") or Hotel Nauczycielski ZNP, then please add the corresponding room charge to your registration fee. Due to the limited number of rooms in these locations, your preliminary reservation has to be confirmed by the organizers. Payment should be made to: Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. If you do not do this, we may be incapable of finding your payment, as this is a common account for all conferences at our University! After you have made your payment, please take the time to submit your payment infromation using the form below. Submitting this information will make identifying your payment easy for us.

MDMM 2010 Payment Information Note! Please provide the same email address you used during registration, because we use it to identify your payment. If you paid for more than one person in a single payment, indicate the grand total here, and submit the same information for each of the participants covered by that payment.
