MDMM 2006 Registration

We are not accepting registrations at this time. If you intend to participate in MDMM 2006, fill out the registration form below before August 1^st. Warning! If you fill out the registration form a second time, your previous registration data will be ignored. If you choose the "I want to update my information" option, only the fields you fill in will be updated (for example, the contribution title). After the registration deadline, only corrections to previous registrations will be allowed. Only fields in bold are required to register. You will later be identified and notified by your email address, so be sure to always provide the same and correct address. Note: Please refrain from using any non-english letters (for instance Polish diacritics).

The last evening session will constitute a workshop, Monte Carlo and statistics - modelling adsorption in nanoporous materials, aimed at undergraduate and graduate students. Please declare your participation in any one of the parts of this session. The laboratory sessions are limited to 20 participants.

Please remember that in the case of selecting accomodation in the Student House "Olowek" reservations are made for you by organizers and payment has to be made together with conference fees. For the other accomodation choices, you will need to make the actual reservation and payment on an individual basis. As September is the peak of tourist season please try to make reservation as soon as possible (not later than June 30). For more details, read the page about accomodation.
