MDMM 2006 Fees

Registration & conference fees The registration and abstract submission deadline is August 1^st. We suggest, however, that you register as soon as possible as the number of participants is limited. Consider also the dates in the table below when making your payment.

The conference fee includes admission to the conference, the book of abstracts, refreshments, and admission to the conference dinner. Accommodation costs and meals are not included. If you are staying at Student House "Olowek", you will need to add the accomodation costs to your payment (read the page about accomodation). Payment should be made to: Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. II/O Wroclaw Account 37 1090 2402 0000 0006 1000 0434 (Politechnika Wroclawska, konferencja 417703/I-30, and add your name) For wire transfers use SWIFT : WBK PPL PP IMPORTANT: Specify your name and the conference number (417703/I-30) in your payment. If you do not do this, we may be incapable of finding your payment, as this is a common account for all conferences at our University! After you have made your payment, please take the time to submit your payment infromation using the form below. Submitting this information will make identifying your payment easy for us.

MDMM 2006 Payment Information Note! Please provide the same email address you used during registration, because we use it to identify you. If you paid for more than one person in a single payment, indicate the grand total here, and submit the same information for each of the participants' email addresses covered by that payment.
